BBM happen exclusively on Samsung devices
While BlackBerry Messenger was supposed to happen before the end of the summer on Android and iOS, it could eventually happen only on Samsung devices in the first place. The manufacturer has obtained exclusivity for three months.
With a launch planned for the summer, BlackBerry Messenger has only a few days to join the iOS and Android stores. In fact, it might even be announced tomorrow if we refer to recent invitations signed by the manufacturer. One might therefore think that holding a running Google's OS terminal enough to enjoy it, but things are not so simple. This should be more than it is the Samsung brand to believe a recent tweet published by the Nigerian subsidiaryof the latter, which claims to have obtained the exclusive use of mail service for three months, starting next Friday visibly. This would also mean that Apple's devices would not be entitled immediately.
The news is finally somewhat surprising since the Korean had already started promoting BBM on its terminals last month in Africa. And admit that having to allocate a portion of its budget to the promotion of an application that is not necessarily him hiding something. Note that it is not impossible that this exclusivity, Samsung confirmed by our colleagues TechSuplex but denied by our colleagues BlackBerry CrackBerry , is limited to the African continent.
What is particularly interesting is to see the interest of the Samsung BlackBerry service when it rightly seek to separate from rumored. Maybe three months of exclusivity they will serve a probationary period before a transaction ... If there has exclusive!
