Samsung Galaxy S4 mini unlocked: review and features with specifications
After Galaxy S4 all fired up, Samsung is the flagship model in a "Mini" with much less features upscale versions. But logically reduces clutter. Let's see if the formula is a winner.
Samsung had (somewhat) surprised everyone last year by declining its flagship smartphone of the time, the Galaxy S3 in a "mini" version. The latter having a great success. Also, when the Korean automaker has unveiled the Galaxy S4 this year, it was obvious that it was only a matter of time before he announces the S4 Mini that we test here. It uses the same philosophy with a device that takes the name of his young and illustrious predecessor, but offer an equivalent data sheet. We are far enough away since the Mini is rather in the middle range.
Among its main technical features is indeed a Super AMOLED 4.3 inch screen for a qHD resolution of 960 x 540 pixels, a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset Double heart 400 clocked at 1.7 GHz, supported by 1.5 GB random access memory (RAM) and the Jelly Bean Android 4.2.2 operating system to live together. Capture multimedia content is entrusted to an 8-megapixel camera sensor, capable of shooting Full HD 1080p at 30 frames per second.
Connectivity side, the device shows complete with support for 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n, Wi-Fi hotspot, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, Bluetooth 4.0 (A2DP), the GPS (A-GPS) and the same NFC.
