Samsung Galaxy S5: a 16 MP camera sensor from Sony?

Today, some American editors dismiss their photographers and tell their journalists to use their iPhone. Beyond the aberration for the profession, it still means that the sensors of smartphones have become good. What is the next step?
There is not long to procrastinate: Nokia had put the bar very high with two sensors in 2013. The first was the Lumia 920, capable of taking pictures with a rather high ISO without saturating, allowing it to be worth roughly when it aigssait photographing landscapes or subjects in the dark. The second was the famous Nokia 808 PureView sensor, capable of, with a special technique, photographs of 41 mpx. HTC also tried something with his One and Ultrapixel sensor and Apple has finally unveiled an iPhone 5S with what could be the best on the market.
In this war to win the hearts of those still enjoying the compact cameras, Samsung has always been a very good student, but never the best. We can clearly say that the Samsung devices take beautiful pictures, but unfortunately lack the "innovation" that would allow them to clearly front by offering something that can not be found anywhere else in the box. For the Galaxy S5, this could change, since according to the latest rumors, the Korean could have stayed in the back of his camera sensor 16 mpx. Admittedly, this is not everything, but for now, except PureView, the record was held by Sony and its sensors 13 mpx.
Therefore, the question arises: is that the Japanese giant will provide the best Korean enemy sensors for its next flagship? The laboratory Samsung, Samsung Electronics' System LSI Division could have its own jewelry this year, a technology called ISOCELL, but it is equally possible that the manufacturers for cost reasons, to make the choice to purchase elsewhere. According to some rumors, we should be fixed sooner than expected, perhaps as early as January next year.
