The true-false redemption Fingerprint Samsung

Business: Samsung which would develop a fingerprint authentication technology? The info has been around the web before being denied by both parties. Manipulation?
This kind of episode is quite rare. Friday morning, most newspapers receive a press release announcing the acquisition by Samsung Fingerprint Cards, a Swedish company specializing in technology fingerprint recognition.
The press has everything to convince: the redemption amount ($ 650 million in cash), financial information, quotes officials including head of Samsung.
Information is quickly around the web given the context of frontal war between the South Korean and Apple. With Fingerprint technology, Samsung could quickly align iPhone 5s and Touch ID that is used to unlock the device with its footprint.
Handling
The action of the two companies flames until then Fingerprint Samsung strongly deny the information. The press release announcing the transaction was a fake.
"A fake press release was sent, no discussion has taken place with Samsung." Joked Johan Carlstrom, CEO of Fingerprint Cards which the action has been suspended from the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
The company has decided to sue and seize market authorities. Because it could be a manipulation: announcing the transaction, the authors of the true-false statement, caused a surge of action and expected a nice gain.

Wasted effort, the Swedish stock market authority said it would cancel all transactions Fingerprint made after the publication of the statement, since the course was distorted.
Is one more explanation: this repurchase announcement, true, was announced prematurely while not everything was completed between the two parties.

The first to broadcast the news business Wires said to AFP that the offending material had been sent by the Swedish company Cision also specializes in providing information to the media.

"We work with Cision long, about 15 years," says the communications agency. Decision stated that for his part that "preliminary investigation" was launched after the broadcast of a "fraudulent press release" via "a sophisticated fraud."
