Samsung to an extended warranty program for Apple?

A trademark filing from Samsung suggests a new warranty program.
When you buy a product in Europe, it is guaranteed for two years. Some stores and manufacturers offer you increase the duration of your warranty when buying, and Samsung is one already proposed an extended warranty on certain products without putting forward this service, this may change ...
Indeed, it is a deposit to the U.S. Patent Office and Trademark Office (USPTO) that Samsung has filed the trademark "Samsung Protection Plus" program which would "provide extended warranty on electronics and major appliances public ". In the end, your fridge or your Samsung smartphone could benefit from this "Protection Plus" and enjoy a service after the guarantee period of two years.
"Protection Plus" is currently only a trademark, but we imagine that Samsung wants to give more visibility to the extended warranty and offer more products brand may follow in the footsteps of Apple in terms of service?
Would you be interested in this kind of extended warranty offered directly by the brand or by the then rather than stores already selling?
